Lutheran Theological Seminary - Tshwane
Lutheran Theological seminary has trained more than a hundred pastors over the past decades for service in the Lutheran Church in Southern Africa (LCSA). In this time, it has moved from Madola to Salem (Mpumalanga) and then to Enhlanhleni (KwaZulu/Natal) before locating to Arcadia, a suburb of the national capital, Pretoria (Tshwane), at the end of 2000. Since then, it has consciously also enrolled students from other African nations to address the growing need for well-trained pastors throughout the continent.
The Lutheran Theological Seminary seeks to provide confessional Lutheran education and serves to train Christ's followers as pastors, teachers, evangelists, missionaries, and deaconesses for faithful service in the Lutheran Church of Africa.
